Going to the Titan Gym can be boring when you do the same old routine day after day such as running and weightlifting. Gladly, the gym offers a wide array of workout classes for students to take to add a little spice to their workout. Classes includes but are not limited to: spin, yoga, pilates, kick-boxing, and hip-hop. With a great variety of classes to challenge upon, your daily workout will never be boring! Each class lasts an hour and there are usually other classes taking place after a class. Schedules of these classes varies so students should plan accordingly with their academic classes. My personal favorite are the yoga classes. I find it extremely relaxing to end my school day with a peace of mind accomplished by placing my mind and body at a state of neutral serenity in a yoga class. What better way to stay stress-free during finals week!
